my recent stay was fantastic. the staff truly stood out, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth check-in experience. the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with lovely decor that made it feel inviting. i appreciated the complimentary bottled water and the tea and coffee available in the room. dining at the ground floor bar was a highlight, offering great food at reasonable prices, making it convenient to grab a meal before heading to bed.

Had studio suite with kids to walk around, plenty space, as for instance. Lots of brilliant options for meal. Easy and perfect location hard to get public transport from, good restaurants in the local area.

The bathroom door got stuck a few times but it was a minor issue compared to the overall experience. the lighting in the hallway outside the bedroom could have been brighter for doing makeup.
